CNN —A tiny, no frills taco stand in Mexico with just four items on its menu has been awarded a star by the coveted Michelin Guide. Taquería El Califa de León, located in the San Rafael neighborhood of Mexico City, was among the establishments to garner either one or two stars in the first ever Michelin Guide Mexico, published earlier this week, making it the first Mexican taco stand to receive the honor. Constellation Brands reported better-than-expected quarterly earnings Thursday, driven by strength in its beer business that more than offset continued weakness in wines and spirits. But this marks the first time in recent history that Bogotá has been forced to implement water rationing measures. Mayor Carlos Galán announced that water rationing measures for Bogotá would begin on April 11. El Niño is a natural climate pattern originating in the Pacific Ocean along the equator, which influences weather around the globe. In a country as politically divided as Colombia, the urgency of addressing El Niño is a rare point of consensus. Constellation Brands stock is looking like it could be ready to break out, with its strong beer business well-positioned for market share gains in the upcoming fiscal year. Morgan Stanley anticipates Constellation to continue gaining market share at the expense of Bud Light during this period. Since Constellation tends to boast industry-leading results in its beer business, we're confident it will deliver strong numbers again next week. Over the past few years, Constellation has been trying to boost sales in its wine and spirits business — shifting from lower-priced brands to more premium names. While wine and spirits make up a small part of Constellation's overall business, Jim has said it must go.

Shares of iRobot plunged more than 33% in extended trading on Thursday after a report said the EU's antitrust watchdog intends to block Amazon 's planned acquisition of the Roomba vacuum maker. A representative from the European Commission didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. The European Commission, the European Union's top antitrust enforcer, opened an in-depth probe into the purchase last July. The group warned the planned acquisition raises competition concerns, saying it found Amazon may hinder iRobot's rivals from competing on its online marketplace. Earlier this month, Politico reported Amazon doesn't plan to offer concessions to resolve the group's concerns about the acquisition.

Simply put, America's patchwork of CCS chargers offers spotty coverage, hard-to-use devices, and, too often, chargers that are broken. Not to mention, there are fewer than 12,000 CCS fast chargers across the U.S. today. Just 1 in 5 savers have competitive interest rates of 3% or better on their cash, a Bankrate survey from earlier this year found. Here are several mistakes with cash that financial advisors say investors should try to avoid. For savers who are keeping large balances in accounts providing low interest rates, Harrington said he tries to explain to them that they are losing spending power over time. If you have a financial advisor, you should be talking to them about all of your cash savings, according to Lane at Flourish. While financial advisors tend to believe they manage all of their clients' money, no financial advisor truly does, Lane said.

Regardless of that shift, experts say vaccine uptake may not look much different from that of the bivalent boosters. Pandemic fatigue, confusionFatigue over the pandemic and the general belief that Covid is "over" could potentially hinder the uptake of new shots this fall, experts said. Ipsos and Axios released a survey with similar findings in May, the same month the U.S. ended the national Covid public health emergency amid a downward trend in cases, hospitalizations and deaths. "That contrasts with what we've seen in the past where there are different vaccines, different timing, different age groups and something new to consider every few months." Advisors to the FDA have raised concerns about shifting to yearly Covid vaccines, noting that it's unclear if the virus is seasonal like the flu.

Both Ford and GM EV drivers will, for now, need special adapters to allow their vehicles to use Tesla chargers. Tesla’s charging system had been proprietary and only usable by Teslas – although Teslas could use CCS chargers with an adapter. But CEO Elon Musk announced in late 2022 that he was inviting other automakers and charging companies to use Tesla’s charging system and design standards. Tesla’s NACS chargers outnumber CCS chargers in the United States by a factor of two to one, according to Tesla. Other automakers, such as KIa, Hyundai, BMW, Mercedes and Volkswagen, still use the CCS charging standard and have not announced any plans to change.
